Located in Jan Thiel, Villa Vis is a well-known address for fresh seafood done properly. The focus is on local catch, and their red snapper in particular has built a steady following among regulars who come specifically for it.
The setting is relaxed but polished, with views toward the water and a calm, comfortable pace to the evening. It works just as well for a long lunch as it does for dinner when you want good fish, a glass of wine, and a setting that feels a little special without being formal.
