Rancho El Sobrino is a small, colorful resort in Westpunt, with studios and apartments surrounded by the countryside of Curaçao’s western coast. Playa Forti is about a five to seven minute walk away, and you’re well placed for exploring beaches like Playa Kalki, Playa Piskadó and Grote Knip. Between beach trips, there’s a freshwater pool back at the resort.
Every accommodation has a kitchen, so you can make breakfast before heading out or cook when you feel like staying in. It’s worth picking up groceries on the drive from the airport, especially if you’re planning a longer stay. A rental car makes exploring this part of the island easier, though you can walk to Playa Forti and nearby oceanfront restaurants when you’d rather stay close.
