If you’re looking to treat yourself, Royal Chef’s Table is the kind of dinner you’ll remember. Held in a small, U-shaped chef’s bar setup downtown, the night begins with a glass of bubbles on a rooftop terrace, then moves into a multi-course tasting menu where you’re literally watching the chef at work. It’s intimate, focused, and built for guests who enjoy being part of the experience not just eating.
Seats are limited (16-19 guests) around a U-shaped bar; adults only policy and dinner begins promptly at 7:00 PM, and the experience lasts about 3½ hours. Vegetarian, vegan and full dairy-free diets cannot be fully accommodated because of the cooking methods but pescatarian/gluten-free options may be possible.
