BREATHE – Pranayama & Breathwork Course
This 30-hour Pranayama & Breathwork course at Movements is a grounded way to explore how powerful conscious breathing can be, both for personal wellbeing and professional practice. Led by Jane Bakx, the course blends traditional yogic pranayama with modern breathwork techniques, focusing on stress relief, nervous system balance, and deeper self-awareness.
The format is flexible and intimate, combining self-paced online learning with three in-person sessions in Pietermaai. It’s a good fit for yoga practitioners, teachers, therapists, and anyone wanting to build a consistent breath practice while learning how to safely guide others.
