Chef René Klop has been behind the kitchen at Baoase for years, combining French technique with tropical ingredients and Asian influences. We’ve eaten here more than once, and both the food and the service are consistently excellent. This is definitely on the higher end price-wise, but if food and wine are an important part of your evening, Baoase knows what it’s doing.
