Brass Boer at Blue Bay is one of the places we keep in mind when dinner itself is the plan for the evening. Jonnie and Thérèse Boer have managed to bring serious fine dining to Curaçao without making it feel overly formal you’re still at Blue Bay, the sea is nearby, and nobody needs to forget they’re on an island.
You can order à la carte or hand things over to the kitchen with the six-course Chef’s Tasting Menu. There’s just as much attention going into the wine, so give yourself time for this one. And make a reservation well ahead getting a table can be the hardest part.
